What is included in my E-marketing plan?
 
The first step is to develop a customized E-marketing plan.  We will ask you qualifying questions to help tailor your plan to fit your marketing needs.  This plan outlines a detailed strategy of marketing solutions described on the Services page. The plan will take your business step by step to achieve the online marketing goals you set forth.
 
 
Will PMG update my small business web site with fresh content and new information?
 
Yes.  Web site development and maintenance is all part of the service.  Simply provide us with updated content (menus, specials, sales, new information, etc.) and we will update your site within 24 hours.
 
 
Can I update my small business web site on my own?
 
Yes.  We make it easy for you by providing you with an online account and easy-to-use templates to update content on your site whenever you want.
 
 
Where can I go for help for my small business web site?

 
PMG is available for client support 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday.  An "after hours" on-call service is also available.
 
 
What type of online distribution does PMG provide?
 
PMG customizes the distribution channels to fit your online marketing needs.  We secure placement in online community directories, online local and regional yellow pages, and a variety of Internet search sites relative to your small business.  We also consult on effective search engine optimization strategies.
 
 
How much will this cost?
 
Since PMG is itself a small business, we understand that marketing budgets are small.  That is why we offer two types of fee structures - Base Fee dependent on the type of service(s) provided, and Commission Fee based on 15-20% of monthly or quarterly revenues.  The fee structure will be determined in the initial E-marketing plan, and is customized to fit your needs and budget.
 
 
What is my commitment?
 
Like everything else, your commitment depends on your needs.  However, most small businesses continue to use us for service, support, and further E-marketing planning on a long-term basis.
